We're a team rooted in Portland and committed to warm, relational, trauma-informed care. Each of us brings genuine expertise, our own lived experience, and a deep belief that healing happens through authentic human connection.
Director & Founder, PhD, LMFT
I am a trauma-informed therapist treating individuals and families. I combine a warm and relational style with years of experience and training in neuroscience and depth psychology. I approach each adult and teen I work with as a unique individual with an innate capacity for healing, and I custom tailor treatment to each person, utilizing talk therapy, attachment-focused therapy, somatic therapy, movement therapy, art therapy, mindfulness practice, EMDR, ACT, DBT, and expressive approaches such as sandtray, psychodrama, and play therapy as appropriate.
I hold a PhD in Clinical Psychology and a master's degree in Marriage and Family Therapy, and I am a licensed marriage and family therapist in Oregon and California. My research on a new treatment method for domestic violence was published in the Journal of Ritual Studies in 2017.
In addition to psychotherapy, I am trained in psychedelic psychotherapy preparation and integration. In collaboration with Journey Clinical, I offer ketamine assisted psychotherapy (KAP) to new and established clients. If you have had a clinical or recreational experience with psychedelic medicine that you would like to process, or if you are curious whether this might be a good fit for your needs, we can explore that together.
I am dedicated to providing a safe and powerful healing environment for individuals ready to heal the past and move forward into a happy and dynamic future. I firmly believe in the healing power of relationship and am committed to helping individuals develop a secure sense of attachment that impacts all aspects of life.
Clinician, PsyD, LPC
I am a licensed clinician and I approach therapy with the understanding that there is no "ideal" client. Each person brings a unique set of experiences, needs, and strengths, and my role is to work collaboratively with you to support growth toward your most authentic and aligned self. While our experiences shape us, they do not have to define us, they can also serve as meaningful entry points for insight, resilience, and transformation.
I have completed my doctoral degree, with research focused on the impact of systemic structures and their implications on addictive behaviors during the COVID-19 pandemic. My clinical experience includes working within the community and supporting individuals navigating a wide range of needs, including personality disorders, trauma, crisis, and challenges related to addictive patterns, whether substance-related or behavioral, as well as eating disorders. I have also worked with underserved populations, including individuals within the LGBTQ+ community.
My approach to therapy is integrative and tailored, grounded in the belief that no two clients are alike. I draw from evidence-based practices such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and Dialectical Behavior Therapy, while also creating space for exploration, reflection, and connection to your internal experiences.
If you are open to self-exploration, honest reflection, and a collaborative therapeutic process, we may be a strong fit.
Licensed Professional Counselor, LPC
With over 26 years of experience, I've learned that people are incredibly resilient and that there are many ways to support meaningful change. I use a flexible, personalized approach to therapy, meeting you where you are. If you're feeling overwhelmed, stuck or not quite like yourself, I'm here to help you find a way forward that feels right for you. Struggling in isolation can be hard, you don't have to do it alone.
I work with adults navigating difficult or painful emotions, anxiety and stress, depression, grief and loss, relationship challenges and major life transitions. Using an integrated, evidence-based approach, I tailor our work to your unique needs. I understand therapy isn't a one-size-fits-all approach.
Our work will be collaborative, supportive and grounded in real-life change. You'll have space to explore what's beneath the surface while also gaining practical tools you can use in your daily life. My goal is to help you feel more clear, more steady and more like yourself again.
I also specialize in working with adult ADHD. The ADHD brain is often "on" all the time, which can leave you feeling scattered, overwhelmed, exhausted or misunderstood. Together, we'll build practical strategies to reduce those challenges and help you feel more focused, capable, and confident, in your daily life, your relationships and within yourself.
Psychologist Resident, PsyD
I am a psychologist resident based in Portland, Oregon. My approach to treatment is holistic and person-centered. Through research and clinical practice, I have seen that stressors and diagnoses present differently for each person, therefore, I strive to see each individual as a whole, while recognizing the complexities of individual presentations.
Neurodevelopmental disorders have been a special interest of mine, as I have seen the added struggles that often come with late or missed diagnoses. I am passionate about assisting clients and families in getting the answers, recommendations, and support that can make positive, life-long impacts.
I am guided by a deep belief that every person can benefit from empathy and a little extra support. I prioritize honesty and authenticity when building therapeutic relationships, as well as emphasizing thoroughness and accuracy in diagnostic evaluations. I strive to meet people where they are and create a comfortable, safe space to discuss the necessary yet difficult topics, believing that genuine compassion and curiosity can go a long way. I also firmly believe that, when appropriate, a bit of humor to bring some levity to the therapy room is valuable.
I earned my PsyD in Clinical Psychology from Alliant University in 2024. My experience has emphasized working with adolescents and adults in various settings, including outpatient, university counseling, neuropsychological, inpatient, and detention facilities.
